Britton Patee, of Dakota Dunes, has been swimming ever since he could crawl. Patee comes from a family lineage of swimmers and the love and talent for the sport has taken the Bishop Heelan sophomore far.

Third attempt to change legal newspaper rules fails in committee

For the third time during the current legislative session, legislation designed to change the way legal newspapers are defined in South Dakota has been defeated. The latest attempt in Tuesday’s meeting of the Senate Commerce and Energy Committee was SB178, a hoghoused bill.

NFPA urges added caution when using home heating equipment
