Bridge closures scheduled for Interstate 29 at exits 9 and 15

Beginning on Monday, Feb. 24, 2025, a repair project is planned for two bridges over Interstate 29 at exits 9 and 15 near Jefferson and Elk Point. Dakota Valley Panther Esports State Champions

It was a surreal 2 days of competition for the Dakota Valley esports program as they traveled to Aberdeen for the 1st state tournament sanctioned by South Dakota High School Activities Association. Dakota Valley Debate

Debate students from Dakota Valley traveled up north to Harrisburg on Saturday, February 15, 2025. The Panthers were there to take part in the Rushmore Challenge NIETOC Qualifier. Many schools from South Dakota were also in attendance. Dakota Valley had 3 teams competing in the junior varsity public forum debate category.

Senior leadership help growth of wrestling program

The Panthers hosted a big crowd on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 for the wrestling team’s home dual versus Elk Point-Jefferson. In addition to the high school roster, the Panther youth wrestling club also joined in on some competition versus the younger Huskies.
