Michael Louis Bihlmeyer, 79, of Elk Point, South Dakota, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, August 18 after a brief one-month battle with cancer. He was residing at the Holy Spirit Assisted Living Center in Sioux City, Iowa during this time.
