CID new development along Streeter Drive, will be installing a lift station in the River Valley area and need to install a new force main to take wastewater to Sioux City. They need four easements from landowners, including Dakota Dunes, to put in the main. The board approved the MOU and easement contingent on that everyone else signs the easements as well. An executive session for contract pricing didn’t require a motion.

With hardly anything on the agenda for the Dakota Dunes Community Improvement District (CID) Board of Supervisors meeting Oct. 17, the meeting was over within an hour.
