It was a nail biter all the way to the end for the Elk Point-Jefferson Husky crowd as they watched the battle ensue on Beresford’s court Feb. 9. The game started close, going point for point and ending with Beresford ahead 17 to 16 at the end of the 1st quarter.

The Huskies would win the battle of the 2nd quarter by four points 18 to 14 and would go into halftime leading by 3 points.
