After suffering a 10-point defeat from the Sioux Falls Christian Chargers, the Elk Point-Jefferson girls turned around and defeated Viborg-Hurley by 10 points.
The first half belonged to the Huskies as they put up 18 and 19 points, respectively. The Cougars did their best to clear that deficit in the second half, but was only to able to gain one-point above the Huskies.
