Edward Patrick Welch, 72, of Elk Point, SD, passed away on Sept. 18, 2023 at Unity Point – St. Luke’s in Sioux City, IA after a battle with cancer.

Celebration of L ife were held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 22, 2023 with a prayer ser vice at 6 p.m. at Kober Funeral Home, Vermillion, SD.
