Union Crossing, outlined above in red, is a three-phased, 10-year project to be built on 86 acres of land. The land is located west of South Dakota Interstate 29 between North Sioux City and Dakota Dunes. A $2.7 million grant from the South Dakota Housing Authority was awarded to PBR Capital Group, LLC in order to help facilitate the development of workforce housing in North Sioux City.
