Both the Clark and Goode to Go gas stations have changed ownership. James R. Brown Estate sold to MG Oil Company for $3.5 million. The North Sioux City Council held a public hearing Sept. 18 for the transfer of alcoholic beverage licenses from Bet on Brown (Melissa L. Meinke, President) to MG Oil Company (Troy Erickson, President) for both properties. Taco N Mandre will soon be opening soon inside of the old Goode to Go.
