The third grade classes at Dakota Valley have been extremely busy the past two weeks as they went on field trips to the IBP Ice Center and to Adams Homestead and Nature Preserve.

On Wednesday, Sept. 28 the students and their teachers donned ice skates to take a whirl on the ice rink in Sioux City where local hockey programs also practice and play. It was a fun adventure for the third graders. They …
