The daughters of Andrew and Erin Nilges, Zoey and Hailey, were invited to the bill signing for HB 1175 with Governor Kristi Noem. The bill updated references to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor and others from him/his/he to the Governor, and so on. “They had a great event/signing which I thought was quite empowering for girls like mine,” Andrew said.
