Emily Norby was sworn in Monday, July 8, 2024, at Dakota Valley's annual board meeting as a member of the board serving a three-year term. Serving along with her are (from left) President Steve Kistner, Vice President Jeff Dooley, Andrew Nilges, (Emily Norby), and Matt Thompson.
