It was a full meeting for the North Sioux City Council Monday, Nov. 6 as they discussed multiple projects, property nuisances and sewer and garbage rate increases. Kent Ode with HDR Engineering presented the council with an amendment to the pedestrian bike trail project in order to secure the acquisition of necessary easements and other real estate-related matters not to exceed $21,500.
