The cross country Academic All-State list was announced on Oct. 24. In order for athletes to be named to the all-state list, they must meet four requirements:

• Be a senior;

• Maintain a 3.5 GPA or higher;

• Must have competed in sport for at least three years; and

• Must be nominated by their Head Coach.
