As he was finishing putting together a pressure washer in Aaladin’s workshop, Noah Thooft explained his paid internship position at Aaladin. “I build the entire machine from start to finish,” Thooft said. So all the parts that the other employees are cutting to size get brought over to Thooft’s (or another welder’s) workstation to be assembled. Thooft takes his orders and puts together…
