Residents of Union County awoke to a beautiful scene Jan. 10 as Mother Nature and Jack Frost teamed up to paint the countryside in a heavy frost. The frost blanketed the area and was accompained with some fog. As the sun poked through the clouds, the frost slowly melted creating a beautiful light snowfall.
