Unfortunately, the Santa visit and carriage rides on December 17th have been canceled due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

The City of Elk Point has put up lights at Heritage Park. The lights will remain up until Jan. 9. On Dec. 17, a celebration will take place in the park with a horse drawn carriage and visits with Santa Claus all from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The rides are free.
