Members of the Elk Point Community Ambulance conducted trainings on Aug. 20 and Aug. 21. On Aug. 20, members learned how to navigate the ambulance with a training through an Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC). The ambulance crew was able to utilize cones from the South Dakota Department of Transportation and the Elk Point-Jefferson School parking lot for the EVOC training.
