Thursday morning, North Sioux City police arrested Matt Vanderpool.Vanderpool was arrested on five charges, including rape, solicitation of a minor, abuse and neglect of a child, sexual contact with a child under the age of 16, and sexual exploitation, Police Chief Richard Headid said. Headid could not provide any further details.
