BOARD Attorney Jerry Miller shared that the appraisal of the fairgrounds came back at $530,000. The board approved hiring Kimora Cross as a Deputy State’s Attorney at $57,345.60 per year.
Union County Community Health Nurse Lisa McInerney presented her resignation to the Union County Board of County Commissioners at its meeting Oct. 18. The board accepted her resignation and thanked her for her years of service to the county. Her resignation becomes effective Oct. 28.
