After Wednesday’s blizzard that tore through the area, Thursday morning Feb. 23 a surprise awaited residents. With the storm came the cold weather to linger for the day causing Sundogs to appear and grace the area with their cold beauty. These Sundogs were captured in rural Jefferson.
