DV hosted first-ever “Home Run Derby” The Dakota Valley American Legion Post 319 senior baseball team welcomed participants to compete in the “Home Run Derby and Skills Competition.” The event was held at the DV Baseball Complex June 29. There were 3 different skilled-competition events to participate in: The Home Run Derby, Fastest Base Runner and Outfielder of the Year.
