Kenneth B. Mouw of Elk Point, South Dakota died at home on February 13, 2024, of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis after being cared for by his wife for the past months. He was born to Bernard and Marie Mouw on the Mouw family homestead west of Sioux Center on Nov. 27, 1944.
