The North Sioux City Parks and Recreation held its annual Christmas Lighting Contest Dec. 12. Residents of McCook Lake and North Sioux City were able to register their homes for the contest. Awards were given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place and the newest award, the Griswold Award for the most overindulgence of Christmas decorations.
