Dakota Valley esports stays on top in all titles

On January 7, 2025, the Union County Board of Commissioners convened for their regular session at 8:30 a.m. in the Courthouse. Elk Point-Jefferson wrestlers faced tough Bon Homme team

Lady Huskies dominate Dell Rapids Quarriers

With only 1 loss on the season to date, the Elk Point-Jefferson girls basketball team traveled to Dell Rapids on Saturday, January 11, 2025 with high hopes. They were hungry for another win and it showed on the court. The Huskies dominated against the Quarriers, and a big win was achieved as they bested Dell Rapids 60-26.

Dooley new NSC city administrator

Stability is the focus for Jeff Dooley as North Sioux City’s new city administrator. It is a role he feels ready to take on as he looks forward to being an asset to a community in need.
