First Dakota Title purchased the Masonic Lodge #3 building in May 2023. The building was purchased for $223,000.
This is a main practice for First Dakota Title, according to President Jeffrey Anderson. The title company has been a longtime tenant of the building and felt it was a good investment to purchase the building.
