When the City of North Sioux City purchased land east of city limits near the Flynn Business District, they had planned on incorporating housing. The city, in search of another resource, reached out to a private developer – PBR Capital Group, LLC. PBR stepped up to partner with the city to design a new workforce housing community located west of Interstate 29.

An updated guide explaining South Dakota’s Open Meeting Laws has been released by South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley and the South Dakota NewsMedia Association (SDNA).
