North Sioux City City Council received 27 license applications from 17 separate legal entities to operate medical cannabis facilities at 20 different locations throughout the city. At their meeting Monday, Dec. 6, the council held public hearings for all the licensees.

Applicants are:

1. Blau Ernte LLC, 1321-1325 River Dr., Dispensary application – Benjamin Knoepfler (20 percent), Deborah Peters (20 percent), Kevin McCormick (20 percent), Lewis Weinberg (20 percent) and Benjamin Nesselhuf (20 percent).

2. Dakota Health & Wellness, 4 Northshore Dr., Cultivation/Processing applications – Dan Lederman (20 percent), Garth Alston (20 percent), Justin Jones (20 percent), Chadd Goosman (20 percent) and Don Lantis (20 percent).

3. Dakota Health & Wellness, 1133 Military Rd., Dispensary application – Dan Lederman (20 percent), Garth Alston (20 percent), Justin Jones (20 percent), Chadd Goosman (20 percent) and Don Lantis (20 percent).

4. Déjà Vu SD LLC, 515 S. Flynn, Cultivate/Process/Dispense applications – Sheraz Warraich (60 percent) and Amar Warraich (40 percent).

5. Elements, LLC, 109 S. Derby, Dispensary application – Huma Ullah (90 percent) and Sheraz Warraich (10 percent).

6. Green Peaks SD LLC, 102 Louis Ave., Dispensary application – Miriam Javed (90 percent) Sheraz Warraich (10 percent).

7. MISD Holdings #1 LLC, 1313 River Drive, Dispensary application – Thomas Nafso (98 percent) and Stephen Jones (2 percent).

8. MISD Holdings #2 LLC, 508 Prosperity, Cultivation/Processing applications – Thomas Nafso (98 percent) and Stephen Jones (2 percent).

9. MISD Holdings #3 LLC, 516 Prosperity Way, Cultivation/Processing applications – Thomas Nafso (98 percent) and Stephen Jones (2 percent).

10. MISD Holdings #4 LLC, 524 Prosperity, Cultivation/Processing applications –Thomas Nafso (98 percent) and Stephen Jones (2 percent).

11. MISD Holdings #5 LLC, 663 Derby Lane, Dispensary application – Thomas Nafso (98 percent) and Stephen Jones (2 percent).
