It was a long road trip for the Panther girls basketball team on February 13 when they traveled to Groton for a Tuesday night away game. But it was well worth the distance and time as Dakota Valley played strong and earned a win 49-36.

It was a nail biter all the way to the end for the Elk Point-Jefferson Husky crowd as they watched the battle ensue on Beresford’s court Feb. 9. The game started close, going point for point and ending with Beresford ahead 17 to 16 at the end of the 1st quarter.
