DV dancers have solid routines

Class AA and Class A schools in South Dakota cannot hold a candle to the Dakota Valley dance team. To start the month of October, the Panther roster competed at O’Gorman in Sioux Falls (SF) on Tuesday, October 1st and were back north less than a week later on Monday, October 7th to dance at SF Roosevelt. Both dance meets resulted in accolades for the DV dancers.

Brown crowned boys varsity 5K DAK 12 Champion

Two cross country meets were on the agenda for Dakota Valley on October 7th and October 10th. The 1st meet had the Panthers traveling to the Bluffs Golf Course in Vermillion. The 2nd meet was the DAK 12 conference meet at Lenkota Golf Course.

Dakota Valley boys soccer competes well against tough competition

Panther girls soccer finish regular season with win

The last regular season game for girls soccer had Dakota Valley in Vermillion on Thursday, October 3, 2024. The Panthers showed up ready to play and returned home victorious after securing 8 goals to the Tanager’s 2.

Boys bring home first, DV runners have a strong performance

The Lennox cross country meet, on Oct. 3, 2024, hosted Dakota Valley and many other schools to make for a lot of fast competition. The Panther boys varsity ran phenomenal and brought home 1st place team honors. Senior Jack Brown once again won, and wowed the crowds, to bring home champion status for the boys 5K route.

Dakota Valley boy golfers finish strong head to state

Regional boys golf happened on Monday, September 30 and multiple Class A competitors converged in Hartford, SD for a chance to advance to the 2024 state tournament. The Panthers were on-hand and ready to extend their already incredible season.

Dakota Valley faced tough competition at triangular

It was a Nebraska invasion for Dakota Valley volleyball on Thursday, October 3. The Panthers hosted a triangular with Pierce and Ponca and saw strong competition.

Elk Point-Jefferson runners compete well in tough conditions

The Huskies ran hard on September 30, 2024 and October 3, 2024 in what was a lot of cross country action. The Elk Point-Jefferson Invite, on Sept. 30, had the Huskies hosting and then later in the week, the team was traveling to Lennox.
