Law enforcement from several agencies were involved in chasing a stolen Budget Rental box truck. The pursuit started in South Sioux City, NE, with an officer-involved shooting. It ended when officers deployed stop sticks on I-29 south of Elk Point, SD. Brian Church and Gwenn Homan were taken into custody following the incidents. Submitted photo
