Two University of South Dakota students – Myranda Rosenbaum and Carli Robinson – are undergoing their student teaching with the Dakota Valley School District in the elementary building.

Myranda Rosenbaum grew up in Richmond Hill, GA with her parents, Shane and Tina Rosenbaum. She went to USD to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a minor in reading and kindergarten endorsement.

“I would like to become a teacher because I want to help the next generation learn and to be inspired by the world around them,” she said, when asked why she’d like to be a teacher.
