It was a busy two days for Dakota Valley’s Class of 2026. On Friday, May 8, 2026 a senior breakfast was hosted in the high school with a rehearsal for graduation happening afterwards. Senior night and the opportunity to host was slated for Dakota Valley (DV) track and field on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. Rain held off until towards the end of the meet and the chilly temperatures never slowed down the Panthers.

Huskies split busy stretch with sweep of Tri‑County

Elk Point-Jefferson played a lot of baseball to end April and start the month of May. A doubleheader versus the Tri-County Sundogs happened on April 30, 2026. The match-up resulted in a pair of Husky wins. Tough games versus Scotland/Menno and Canton on May 2, 2026 had Elk Point-Jefferson (EPJ) on the losing side. More fierce play continued on Monday, May 4, 2026 against Beresford.

Panthers place second at home course, Two Rivers

Playing on their home golf course, Two Rivers in Dakota Dunes, the Panther girls golf team hosted the Dakota Valley (DV) Invite on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. It was a runner-up team finish for DV with a roster score of +46 over par. Sioux Falls Christian (SFC) claimed 1st place with a +29 finish. Vermillion took 3rd place at +56.
