Dakota Valley Homecoming Week

Dakota Valley’s Homecoming Royalty for 2024 has been selected. This year’s candidates for Homecoming Queen are Silja Gunderson, Grace Meyer, Payton O’Neil, Avry Trotter and Sophia Tuttle. Candidates for Homecoming King are Brendan Barnett, Emanuel Kual, Nick Margeas, Trae Piel and Jaxson Wingert. They will be attended by juniors Emerson Mead, Ella Schmiedt, Drew Lukken and Michael Daniels.

EPJ Husky football team extends winning streak

TheHuskieshavenowwon 14 games in a row after their Friday night win over Baltic. The first half of the game belonged to the Huskies as they scored 14 points in the 1st quarter and 21 points in the 2nd quarter.

Friday night lights started off at home for the Panther varsity football team on Aug. 25 and it was a nice win over Vermillion by a score of 21-0.

A road trip to the Black Hills led to lots of wins for the Panther girls soccer team on Friday, Aug. 25 and Saturday, Aug. 26. Their 1st opponent was St. Thomas More of Rapid City followed by Belle Fourche and Sturgis.
