(NewsUSA) - If it wasn't for chiropractic care, basketball Hall of Famer Nancy Lieberman might not be the household name she is today.

In 1991, six years before she'd go on to make a splash in the inaugural season of the WNBA, a car accident threatened to end Lieberman's career.

"I was driving in Dallas, driving down 75 and Mockingbird Lane, and there was some road traffic or something,"she recalls. "All the cars in front of me came to a stop, but the driver behind me didn't."

The whiplash she sustained severely affected the former Olympic silver medalist.

Lieberman tried all the conventional treatments: medicine, therapy, even massages, but nothing worked.

"Nothing was happening. I finally went to a chiropractor and it was amazing the immediate improvement."

In fact, she credits her chiropractor for not only her recovery, but for her overall health to this day.

"I could not achieve good health until I finally went to a chiropractor -- and the rest is history. For more than a decade, my chiropractor has allowed me to feel great and continue my career as a mom, businesswoman and athlete."

For Nancy Lieberman, chiropractic care was literally a slam-dunk. For more information, visit
